All reservations made on the web site www.rectroaldeboente.com adhere to and imply the acceptance by the customer of the following terms and conditions.

Accepting the following clauses the customer declares and accepts that:

1. He is 18 years or older and in the full legal capacity to make this reservation, declaring that he understands all the cononditions indicated in this web site.
2. All the information facilitated by the customer during the booking process is true, complete and specific.
3. Access to this web site is by choice and own responsibility of the customer.
4. Once the booking request has been received and validated, it will be confirmed by email to the address indicated by the customer during the booking process.
5. This booking remains valid and binding unless the customer cancels the booking in writing (either by using the cancelation link provided in the booking reservation, or by sending an email to info@rectoraldeboente.com indicating the booking number.
6. The booking can be cancelled free of charge until 5 days (cut-off time 15:00 hours) prior to the check-in date on the booking.
7. The condition and prices of the booking are the ones indicated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. All prices indicated are in Euros and include tax.
8. The booking amount will be charged at the end of the booking process to the credit card provided by the customer.
9. 100% of the booking amount will be reimbursed for written cancellations within the free cancellation period.
10. The booking amount will not be refunded for cancellations after this period or for no-shows.
11. The booking price includes: room and breakfast
12. The booking price does not include: optional services such as dinner, drinks and snacks, transport, etc…
13. Check-in time starts at 15:00 hours and check-out ends at 11:00 hours.
14. A valid passport or ID card is required for each guest. This is a requirement of the Spanish authorities.
